Just Another Messianic Weeky Dose of Encouragement entitled: How 2  Conquer The Disembodied Spirits- The Spirit of Occultism!

As we begin to conclude this particular disembodied spirit: The spirit of Occultism; it is vital that you comprehend this entity.! Although it is obvious (by now that) we are not going in chronological order, our goal is to address each one of the  (10) Ten Disembodied Spirits which are the antithesis of The (10) Ten Word Utterances from Yah on Mount Sinai.  And yes our foundational memory verse is Mark 14:38 NLT “KEEP WATCH & PRAY, so that YOU WILL NOT GIVE INTO TEMPTATION. For the spirit is willing, but the body is weak."  Hmmm!?!  Nothing has changed pertaining to this verse other than our earnest desire to Keep Watch & Pray so Temptation does not overcome us.

Here is a quick recap in order to adjudge “The Spirit of Occultism.”  As most recall, we  uncovered demonic deception at work; at the root of the antithesis of “The Spirit of Occultism?”  The question pertaining to what the antithesis … i.e. the first commandment was answered.. And herein lies the problem before we ever launch out into the deep.  In Exodus 20:2-3 KJV it says “I am the LORD thy God, which have BROUGHT THEE OUT of the land of Egypt, out OF THE HOUSE OF BONDAGE,. 3 THOU SHALT HAVE NO OTHER GODS BEFORE ME.” Why would our adversary be so quick to deceive us in regards to what the true biblical definition is? Mark 4:3-4, 14-15 NASB “Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower to sow: 4 And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the wayside, and THE FOWLS OF THE AIR CAME AND DEVOURED IT UP.  Here is the non allegorical translation which was shared with Yahushua’s disciples:  14 The sower soweth the word. 15 And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown;  but WHEN THEY HAVE HEARD, SATAN COMETH IMMEDIATELY, AND TAKETH AWAY THE WORD THAT WAS SOWN IN THEIR HEARTS.

The secret to why satan comes immediately is found in the word phrase: “... when they have heard, …” The english word “Heard” is the greek word “akouo” (Gr. 191) pronounced  (ak-oo'-o).  The definition is as follows; 191 akoúō – properly, to hear (listen); (figuratively) to hear God's voice which prompts Him to birth faith within (cf. Ro 10:17). See 189 (akoē). Now what is absolutely off the chain is the root word definition “akoe (Gr.189).  Please don’t miss this; 189 akoḗ – properly, hearing; used of inner (spiritual) hearing that goes with receiving faith from God (Ro 10:17), i.e. spiritual hearing (discerning God's voice; see also Gal 3:2,5, Gk text). I hope you really got that!?! This type of hearing has nothing to do with identifying external sounds and/or words which when formulated together are used to communicate. No sir! No ma'am! that is not the proper definition of this word! This word is specifically talking about an inner resonance which produces faith from within. Some who remember my teaching (years ago) on “Entrainment” that definition should come to mind. That is the same stuff which if you have in abundance (without doubt or unbelief) will reverberate mountain moving faith (Mark 11:22-24 KJV).  

Okay, so how does all this tie in with the true biblical first commandment definition? In the hebrew language, the word for “hear” has a whole other meaning: “Shama/Shema” (Hr. 8085) שָׁמַעDeut. 6:-5 NASB “HEAR, O Israel! The LORD is our God, the LORD is one! 5“You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.”   Shema or Shama is defined as …  three main components: 1. Hear- to listen … 2. Know and Understanding- something … and lastly 3. Obey- the instructions which have been given. In the english we normally translate this word to only mean hear or listen. In most orthodox jewish circles the same word only receives (2) two of the (3) three crucial descriptions: Hear- (listen) and Obey- (the instructions given).  Okay I get it and the definition really should be Hear, Know and Understand and lastly, Obey. So why is this so significant to me? The reason is you don’t want to contract the fatal spiritual disease called the Eve Syndrome (Eve’s name is Chavvah in the hebrew Genesis 4:1 KJV). The Eve Syndrome reflects the knowledge of only two of the three definitions for the word “shema.” When one hears instructions and obeys it, the blessings flow until they are challenged as to the the purpose for the instructions (Genesis 3:1-6 KJV).  Without the full definition of the word “Shema” you can’t stand against “The Spirit of Occultism.” It takes advantage of your lack of discernment & discipline. The definition for the word “Deception” is the use of measures designed to mislead the enemy by manipulation, distortion, or falsification of evidence to induce the enemy to react in a manner prejudicial to the enemy's interests. I guess satan is called our “Adversary” for a notable reason! Eve had no idea of the purpose (which is knowledge and understanding) for why she was not to eat of the forbidden tree. But Adam did! The spirit of Occultism chose the one who lacked knowledge & understanding (discernment). There is a famous slogan that comes to mind which is within itself deceptive: Nike … “Just Do It!” Hmmm!?! Really! No thank you I will go a step further and ask why! Not only does the why factor not offend Yah, He welcomes it (Proverbs 4:7 KJV “Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.”).

And “YES” all of this ties into the first commandment: Yah did not just say don’t worship other gods without first giving us a foundational reference point. Remember the first part of the complete definition of the first commandment: Exodus 20:2 KJV  “I am the LORD thy God, which have BROUGHT THEE OUT of the land of Egypt, out OF THE HOUSE OF BONDAGE. ”  He enabled you to discern which gods you would serve based upon an exhibit of His great power and might. He in turn left us with little to no true ability to argue the point of which god was God.
